Our Costs

Services in Shalom's primary care clinic are currently offered only to the uninsured with a sliding fee discount based on income.  Shalom is also an Advantage Provider and offers "Shalom Advantage" to all uninsured patients who qualify. Additionally, Shalom is a Medicare and Medicaid provider to further serve its patients. Medication may be available through the Patient Assistance Program for those who qualify.

Thanks to our supporters, services in Shalom's school based clinics are provided free or at a nominal fee for parents. However, services at these clinics are only available for children in the participating schools and in some cases to their families who pay following the same rules as the primary care clinic.
